Neil Whittle has been appointed UK Market Manager OGC & Marine, a position which opened when Carl Flavell was given responsibility for developing the international business.
Neil was previously the Managing Director for the UK division of Huntings limited and has had 28 years experience in the high performance coating industry. So although Neil has been with Leighs for only a short time, he brings with him a wealth of experience to bring to the role.
The UK Market Manager has a key role in maintaining and developing business within the Marine and OGC sectors, both of which are highly specialised and competitive areas within the coating industry.
Carl Flavell UK & International Market Manager, OGC & Marine had this to say on the appointment:
