Reshuffle sees promotions for two Leighs Personnel
The wind of change has blown into Leighs Paints this summer. The international business, as a key element in the companies’ growth plans, has undergone a reshuffle. Like many companies, Leighs believe the only way to grow the business is by developing internationally. With this in mind, the international department has been restructured and new appointments have been made so Leighs can do just that!
The international structure has evolved so that Paul Clayton, Sales and Marketing Director, will now have responsibility for Steel and Cellulosic markets overseas. The Hydrocarbon and Marine international business will be managed by Roger Williams, Commercial Director. This change in focus has also resulted in the formation of the new roles of Market Manager UK and International Steel and Cellulosic, Market Manager UK and International OGC, Marine and Hydrocarbon, both of whom will be instrumental in driving forwards the international business plan.
Leighs Paints is pleased to announce Anthony Ward as Market Manager UK and International Steel and Cellulosic and Carl Flavel as Market Manager UK and International OGC, Marine and Hydrocarbon. Mike Green, Leighs Paints HR Director, had this to say on the appointment:
