| Preparation |
Areas of damage which exhibit surface rusting shall be prepaed by scraping/wire brushing to ensure all residual rust is removed to BS EN ISO 8501-1:2001, preparation grade St3. Surrounding paint coatings shall be removed back to a firm sound edge and then feathered over a distance of 50mm in the region of the affected area |
