Whilst the term 'Compliant Coating' is no longer applicable under the Solvent Emission Directive, Leighs Paints feel that as specifiers of solvent based paint products we have an ongoing obligation to the environment to reduce VOC emissions. As far as technically possible Leighs Paints specifications utilise products which offer the most effective balance of achieving optimum performance whilst keeping solvent emissions to a minimum.
