Flash blast with non-metallic abrasive - average surface profile in the range 20 - 30 microns
Clean and degrease with Envirogard W500 degreaser, fresh water and allow to dry thoroughly before applying Leighs L703 Mordant Wash by brush:
The L703 which is blue will turn grey/black overall and remain on the substrate as an intergal part of the system
If no reaction occurs, repeat the preparation procedure |
